Built on compassion, driven by purpose — transforming lives across Zimbabwe since 2012.

Welfare Trust of Zimbabwe is a registered, non-profit community welfare organisation working across Zimbabwe to reduce poverty and build resilient communities through practical skills training and social welfare initiatives.
Founded in 2012, we have grown from a small community initiative in Harare's Southlea Park into a nationally recognised organisation offering over 12 accredited training programmes.
Our beneficiaries — primarily women and youth — go on to start businesses, gain employment, and become change-makers in their own communities.
A peaceful, self-reliant community free from dependence and marginalisation across Zimbabwe, reaping the fruits of its labour and voiced by the people of Zimbabwe on welfare issues.
To examine information, create sustainable personal development, and build better communities around the new problems with welfare issues in Zimbabwe.
Adaptability · Passion · Dedication · Reliability · Transparency · Commitment · Consultation · Integrity — these guide every decision we make.
We welcome everyone regardless of age, gender or background.
We equip people with skills and knowledge to shape their own futures.
Every programme is designed to benefit the broader community.
We uphold the highest standards in training delivery and outcomes.
We operate with openness and accountability to our beneficiaries.
Our programmes create long-term economic and social impact.
Each member of the Welfare Trust family brings dedication, professionalism and compassion to everything they do.
